For over 25 years Innovative Systems has provided custom software and support for major corporate customers. Despite the fact that we operated from a number of very small offices in Melbourne, our professional presentation and level of service always ensured that we were accepted as an equal by these larger companies. All of our staff and sub-contractors are skilled professionals, who are also used to working with, and in, very small businesses.

We keep our prices low by utilising technology to reduce our overheads. All of our invoices are delivered electronically and we expect our customers to pay us the same way. All of our dealings with suppliers are totally electronic enabling us to operate with a minimum of clerical staff. We have developed strong alliances with other highly professional small companies who provide specialist services under our management and direction.

This means we can always supply the right person for the job. If a task requires graphic design skills we use a graphics designer if programming is required we use a professional programmer.
