Based on our succesful Maroondah HomeBiz Database;
we can supply your organisation with a web based SQL database hosted
on our own secure server. This will enable authorised persons to
update your records; print reports and download data from any computer
with access to the Internet. Yet at the same time this central database
will be protected by Secure Socket (SSL) encrypted access so it
could be accessed only by people that you authorise. This data would
also be physically protected on a server with uninteruptable power
supply and with nightly backup to tape cartridge.
Each record on the database will contain
full contact and classification data and have a section for the
recording of notes. See example to the right (clicking
on these images will open a new window containing a larger version).
This system also utilises a collection of
web based Crystal Reports including Full Membership List, Phone
List, and Mailing List. This data can be printed as a properly formatted
report on any printer accessible from any computer attached to the
internet or exported in various formats including spreadsheets which
can be used with mail merge etc.
If you have your own web site we can supply code
to link a search of this database into your web site. See the second
and third examples on the right. These show the search reqests added
into the HomeBiz web sites and the corresponding list of members
produced when one of these searches is executed.
In addition, as part of this package we can send
out personalised e-mails for you, from your e-mail address, to your
members once a month.
