ISTRAC is fully 'Web Enabled' and records can be Lodged, Retrieved, Returned and Viewed (assuming you have digital images) without leaving your desk or having to make any phone/fax calls.

Web access is password protected, with multilevel security determining who can get access to what. We use the latest in secure SSL 128 bit encryption provided by Verisign. As an additional level of security all data is locked down behind firewalls that keep the uninvited out.

ISTRAC is user-friendly and has extensive help available online to help you perform all tasks.

Records can be searched for using a variety of techniques including Id, Reference Data or KWOC (Key Word Out of Context).
