Authorised employees of these companies can access Online Direct from any computer on the Internet; search for a file by their own references or by any word in the files descriptive entry and then either display a digital image or organize for the file to be retrieved and delivered. This system handles enormous quantities of data and has to meet rigid government standards as to security and demanding hospital standards as to speed and performance.
