ISTHMUS integrates with the Zetafax corporate fax server software to provide seamless transmission of key documents by fax. Because ISTHMUS uses the Zetafax application interface module all users on your network can use the fax options below even though you might only have a 5 user licence for Zetafax. Functions currently available are:-

• Fax a copy of a delivered Invoice/Consignment Note. This option is very useful to Customer Service officers who can with a couple of keystrokes fax a copy of an invoice to a customer while they are still on the phone.
• Fax a copy of a credit note to a customer.
• Fax a Return Advice Authority to a customer. This option is built into the credits and returns system.
• Fax Purchase Orders to Suppliers. By simply recording a Suppliers' fax number and setting a flag all their purchase orders will be automatically sent by fax instead of being printed.            more...
