ISTRAC's flexible query capabilities allow you to customise searches to find a needed carton or file. Locating cartons or files is easy with ISTRAC because it's intuitive design allows you to search for records. You can search for records by:

• Entering "specific" carton or file identifiers.
• Using search options based upon previously defined search criteria.
• Using the "key word search" function to find that needle in a haystack.

Once you locate a record, with the click of a mouse you can retrieve the information you want, when you want it. If digital images are available then they can be viewed immediately otherwise the item is dropped into your "Shopping Basket" so that they can be couriered.

ISTRAC allows you to view and retrieve your records in a variety of ways. You can view any of your records no matter how many ISTRAC locations you utilise or where they may be located worldwide. ISTRAC also allows you to track the status or view the history of any carton or file. You can even drill down and view files within cartons.
