TeleSales Module
This was originally developed for ( and
successfully used by ) a Queensland Dairy Group who used it to sell
their dairy products to route trade outlets and restaurants in the
greater Brisbane area. Working from call lists the system displays
the phone number and key customer data and previous order history
to a Telesales operator. It then guides the operator through the
phone sales process; displaying the last two orders and also "specials"
being promoted. It allows for the capture of orders for these and
other items and also allows the operator to record key data about
the call and to update the customers masterfile record.
The system tracks and reschedules calls and also
collects operator performance statistics. It can also be used for
pro-active marketing rather than order taking.
